Have you never eaten Indian food before? You honestly sounds like you don't know [anything] about any type of Indian food.

It's supposed to. It has a yogurt-like base that adds flavor. Pancake is also the worst possible description ever. Compare a dosa to something actually similar, like a savory crepe.

Masala dosas are also not a favorite at Darbar. Darbar is better known for its North Indian food (ie curries and naan), not its South Indian food (ie dosas).

Also, Tandoori Oven is [terrible]. The naan tastes like crap and its about an inauthentic as you get.
